The work is devoted to the development of methods for optimizing leasing payments, analyzing the financial condition and investment attractiveness of the lessor and lessee, evaluating the effectiveness of the use of subsidies provided for state support of agricultural producers, a comprehensive analysis of leasing operations taking into account the interest and satisfaction of all parties to the agreement, etc. The interaction rules are also considered. Considerable attention is paid to accounting and analytical and control instruments aimed at synchronizing leasing payments with the specifics of agricultural production business processes in order to increase the real effectiveness of leasing operations. This is very important for ensuring the technical re-equipment of agricultural organizations and improving the efficiency of using budget funds allocated for state support.
