The monograph examines digital approaches to ensuring the economic security of budgetary structures, as well as state corporations affiliated with them and companies with state participation, where there are financial and economic operations that have signs of illegal activities of a criminal and corrupt nature. The directions of digital design of new control and management fields for solving anti-criminal and anti-corruption tasks are determined through the introduction of special methods of analysis and operational tools of a managerial, fiscal and law enforcement nature. The expediency of organizing monitoring when entering the system, moving in it and leaving the system for each ruble, asset or commodity object with elements of smart contracts is substantiated. Which is based on the assignment of each non-cash monetary unit, or each unit of a financial asset, including bills of exchange with RFID tags, or each commodity unit of an individual number (either a smart ruble or a smart contract). This will ensure full transparency of operational processes. Measures have been developed to optimize departmental information and computing resources, as well as to synchronize the processes of inclusion in the state management circuit of monitoring and control of new participants or areas of financial and economic activity in the Russian economy.
