The monograph, prepared by the staff of CEMI RAS, is devoted to theoretical and applied issues of mesoeconomics - a section of economic science and practice that studies the activities of regional and sectoral systems, as well as large multi-industry complexes. The issues of regulating the activities of mesoeconomic systems are considered using the example of energy, high-tech, agro-industrial and other complexes. For each of these complexes and the mesoeconomic units included in them, mathematical or structural models based on the methodology of system modeling are proposed. The results of the study make it possible to substantiate recommendations aimed at developing mesoeconomics as a key segment of the Russian socio-economic space.
The book is intended for readers interested in issues of economic theory and politics, economic management and business practice, teachers and students of universities with economic specialties, representatives of government and management bodies.
