The second edition of the textbook, developed in accordance with the current requirements of the NP "Unmanned Aircraft Systems", FP "Personnel for Unmanned Aircraft Systems" with the aim of training highly qualified personnel for the "Unmanned Aviation" industry of Russia, is supplemented with current information available at the time of publication. The series of educational publications "Unmanned Aircraft Systems" was founded in 2024.
The textbook presents the current state of the formation of the unmanned aviation industry, the creation and development of UAS. The most promising areas of UAS use are covered, including in air transportation in Russia. The formation of the economic mechanism of the unmanned aviation market and the impact of government regulation measures are shown. The questions and tasks presented in the textbook are aimed at studying the fundamentals of economic relations arising with the participation of UAS. The main result of studying the course should be the formation of knowledge in students on the economics of unmanned aviation and the effective use of UAS in economic sectors.
