The monograph is devoted to one of the current areas of modern measurement theory and artificial intelligence, associated with the development of methods and means for monitoring and managing complex technical and socio-economic systems in conditions of significant information uncertainty and instability of situations.
The solution to the methodological and technical problems of this area is proposed in the monograph on the basis of the regularizing Bayesian approach (RBA) and Bayesian intelligent technologies (BIT) based on it.
The RBP is based on a synthesis of three fundamental approaches: Bayesian, systems, and measurement. This allows the BIT to integrate both data and knowledge, as well as various intelligent information processing technologies, and to function effectively in conditions of uncertainty. The BIT is implemented as the Infoanalyst digital platform, designed for the rapid development of applied systems for monitoring and managing complex objects.
The monograph provides an example of the implementation of BIT for the management tasks of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The book will be useful to researchers, teachers and students of higher education institutions, as well as specialists in the fields of creating artificial intelligence systems and measurements.
