This article examines the market for technical and technological resources, including agricultural machinery, and the technical service market that serves the market for technical and technological resources. These related markets facilitate the incorporation of intellectual resources into new equipment and technologies, support the solvent demand of agricultural producers through the provision of funds in the form of loans, leasing, or investments, and support the secondary resource market, which ensures the disposal of old equipment, resource recycling, and environmental protection. Particular attention is paid to theoretical and methodological principles, as well as methodological and practical solutions aimed at improving the functioning of the market for technical and technological resources in the agro-industrial complex and substantiating mechanisms for increasing its effectiveness in modern conditions.
