This monograph explores the philosophical, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, and organizational/legal foundations for integrating artificial intelligence systems into higher education. The theoretical section explores the genesis of concepts and the evolution of epistemological models, from classical rationalism to data-oriented cognitive practices. It also substantiates the interpretation of AI as a tool for expanding human cognitive capabilities and links it with the university's "fourth mission"—social impact and open cooperation. The methodological section proposes a comprehensive architecture for designing programs focused on developing competencies: a constructive alignment of goals, activities, and assessment; results-oriented education and their standardization; adaptive trajectories, learning analytics, and algorithmic support for knowledge assessment; and blended and flexible learning models featuring intelligent assistants.
This monograph combines analytical rigor with practical applicability and is intended for university administrators and faculty, as well as educational policy and digital service developers. The proposed architecture makes the digital transformation of education human-centered, demonstrable, and replicable.
