Аннотация

Цифровая трансформация стала ключевым фактором преодоления дихотомии «город-сельская местность» и достижения возрождения сельских районов, а также модернизации сельского хозяйства и сельской местности. Хотя академические исследования цифрового развития сельских районов углубляются, существующие работы в основном сосредоточены на локальном применении конкретных технологий и не имеют всеобъемлющей теоретической аналитической основы. Выходя за рамки узкой направленности на отдельные технологические инструменты, данная статья использует многомерную теоретическую основу, базирующуюся на модели «отрасль-организация-права», для систематического изучения логических механизмов, посредством которых цифровизация способствует возрождению сельских районов. Исследование демонстрирует, что цифровизация придает устойчивый импульс всестороннему возрождению сельских районов, преобразуя всю цепочку создания стоимости в специализированном сельском хозяйстве, оптимизируя управление на низовом уровне и финансовую эффективность на основе облачных технологий, возрождая традиционные нематериальные ресурсы культурного наследия и распространяя цифровое инклюзивное финансирование на сельские районы. В данной статье, рассматривая практические проблемы, такие как отставание цифровой инфраструктуры, несоответствие спроса и предложения на междисциплинарных специалистов, а также разрыв между институциональными гарантиями и экосистемой приложений, предлагается путь совместной эволюции, основанный на новой инфраструктуре, поддерживаемый профессиональным и дизайнерским образованием и обеспечиваемый институциональными инновациями. Этот подход призван предоставить теоретические основы и практические рекомендации для высококачественного развития цифровых сельских сообществ.
