Аннотация

This article explores the economic and managerial challenges impacting the global logistics industry in 2023, focusing on issues such as global supply chain disruptions, escalating operational costs, and labor shortages. Rising fuel prices, infrastructure maintenance demands, and the challenge of attracting skilled labor are adding significant pressure on logistics firms worldwide [1]. This research examines strategies adopted by companies, including transportation management systems (TMS), workforce training initiatives, hybrid work models, and sustainable practices, to navigate these complexities. Additionally, the study analyzes the use of low-code platforms in developing tailored solutions for logistics management. Findings highlight the critical importance of continued investment in technology and workforce development to maintain competitive advantage. Recommendations for future research include investigating the long-term effects of automation and AI on logistics and enhancing supply chain resilience.
