Аннотация

More and more businesses are aiming to succeed in the competitive landscape and reach their objectives through continuous management efforts to implement a successful competitive growth strategy. The issue of strategic business management remains pertinent in practice, as enterprise management lacks comprehensive modern approaches to evaluating competitiveness. The purpose of this work will be to get acquainted with the methods of statistical management in T1 holding, as well as to consider possible strategic plans.
