Аннотация

Starting from the perspective of venture capital institutions, this study conducts a comprehensive exploration of the challenges faced by small and medium-sized innovative biomedical enterprises during the equity financing process, using a combination of questionnaire surveys and expert interviews. The primary objective is to provide insights with significant reference value for the successful implementation of venture capital investments. The research methodology employed includes email distribution, WeChat group distribution, telephone interviews and field visits. By analyzing the statistical data and results of the questionnaire, this study aims to uncover the financing bottlenecks and crucial issues encountered by venture capital institutions in the equity financing practice of small and medium-sized innovative biomedical enterprises. This information will serve as a valuable reference for addressing subsequent related problems. This information will lay the groundwork for addressing these bottleneck problems in the later stages, promoting the development of more efficient new drugs, and fostering the vigorous growth of China’s biomedical industry.
