Аннотация

Статья посвящена теоретическому анализу роли инноваций и технологического прогресса в стимулировании регионального экономического роста. Проведена систематизация эволюции теоретических подходов от неоклассических моделей экзогенного роста к теориям эндогенного роста и концепциям региональных инновационных систем. Выявлены три типа механизмов воздействия инноваций на региональную экономику: прямые эффекты (повышение производительности, создание новых продуктов), косвенные эффекты (spillover-эффекты, диффузия знаний, агломерация) и мультипликативные эффекты (институциональные изменения, накопление человеческого капитала). Определены внутренние и внешние факторы, модулирующие эффективность инновационного воздействия, включая качество человеческого капитала, институциональную среду и экономическую структуру региона. Идентифицированы экономические, институциональные и социокультурные барьеры инновационного развития. Разработана интегративная концептуальная модель с учетом обратных связей и пороговых эффектов, обосновывающая дифференцированный подход к региональной инновационной политике.
