Аннотация

В этой статье предлагается расширенный методический подход к оценке устойчивости макроэкономических стратегий развития энергетического сектора стран БРИКС с использованием концепции Макро 3E. Исследование показало, что, несмотря на большую методологическую ценность существующих методов оценки устойчивости, они недостаточно точно характеризуют взаимосвязи между макроуровневыми параметрами энергетики, экономики и окружающей среды. В работе рассматриваются основные группы инструментов оценки устойчивости. Эти группы включают неинтегрированные индикаторы, индикаторы региональных потоков, продуктово-ориентированные инструменты, интегрированные оценки и методы оценки воздействия. Показано, что система показателей, способная одновременно фиксировать экономический рост, энергопотребление, энергоёмкость, углеродоёмкость и долю возобновляемых источников энергии, имеет решающее значение для стран БРИКС. Таким образом, введение новой концепции Макро 3E обосновывается тем, что она объединяет макроэкономику, энергетику и экологию в одном аналитическом подходе. Цель исследования заключается в разработке методики более точного эмпирического анализа, сопоставления стран и поддержки решений в области устойчивого роста и энергетического перехода.
