Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются особенности создания новых бизнес-направлений в ресурсодобывающих компаниях в условиях высокой неопределенности внешней среды. Обоснована необходимость диверсификации деятельности нефтегазовых компаний и формирования новых бизнес-единиц, способных обеспечить эффективность корпоративного развития. На примере гелиевого производства раскрыты технологические и инвестиционные предпосылки создания нового направления, основанного на переработке природного газа. Предложен концептуальный и мультифазовый подход к формированию бизнес-единицы, который охватывает полный инвестиционный цикл. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при разработке стратегий диверсификации и реализации капиталоемких проектов в ресурсодобывающих компаниях.
