Аннотация

Развитие новых технологий, особенно искусственного интеллекта, делает существующие системы регулирования неэффективными. В статье анализируется, как ИИ меняет различные сферы и почему требуются новые законы. Рассмотрены проблемы, которые призвано решить регулирование ИИ, и барьеры на его пути: скорость развития технологии, различие взглядов и этические дилеммы.
