Аннотация

The article is a continuation of the study “The role of small and medium-sized businesses in ensuring the sustainable development of Russia” presented in this journal in issue 3, 2024. After a comparative analysis of the support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia and foreign countries – Germany, the USA and South Korea, the authors developed proposals to improve the conditions for the development of small and mediumsized enterprises in Russia. The practical significance of the work lies in practical proposals – a comprehensive reform of financial support, reducing administrative barriers, stimulating innovation activity, strengthening the status and protection of the self-employed. The authors present each proposal in a detailed form with the author’s position and with a forecast of the formation of favorable conditions for business development in Russia.
