ANALYSIS OF INDICATORS CHARACTERIZING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF SCIENTIFIC ENTERPRISES IN RUSSIA

abstract

The Russian economy faces a challenge: ensuring a high level of innovative activity of high-tech enterprises. The article describes the criteria for classifying a specific type of economic activity as a knowledge-intensive industry. A brief description of the methods for assessing the high technology of enterprises and industries is also presented. Data is disclosed on indicators characterizing the innovative activity of enterprises, including high-tech ones: the general dynamics of indicators of the specific gravity of organizations engaged in innovative activity, and a similar indicator for groups of industries; dynamics of the production index for high-tech manufacturing types of economic activity; research and development costs in GDP for the Russian Federation. Innovative activity can be evaluated through quantitative indicators of the results of intellectual activity, namely, based on an analysis of the coefficient of inventive activity in the Russian Federation, the dynamics of which are presented in the work.

SCORE-RATING SYSTEM IN MIGRATION POLICY

Studies of the characteristics of Russian migration in recent years have shown a low quality of migration that does not meet the current needs of the country. The article provides a comparative analysis of point-rating systems of Great Britain, Canada and Hong Kong and highlights the necessary basis for the formation of a similar Russian system. The approach to migration policy, based on the assessment and selection of labor resources demanded by the national economy, is known as a point-based system and is widely used by developed countries. This is a dynamic mechanism where parameters can be easily adjusted based on the needs of the economy simply by replacing the required factors and the number of points. The adaptation of such a system into Russian practice is a step in the development of a methodological basis for the selection of the required personnel, which is extremely necessary in modern realities.

In the context of the transition to a service model of the economy, the problem of organizing the activities of enterprises to provide services in terms of creating a comfortable environment is being updated. The concepts of service quality and customer satisfaction are widely used in assessing the degree of environmental comfort. Loyalty is one of the most important factors in the provision of services due to its final effect on trading enterprises. This factor is an indicator of the degree of comfort for customers. And in fact, these loyal customers are considered as the basis of any business, as a guarantee of its competitiveness. Although these concepts have been used so many times in the literature, the relationship between these concepts remains ambiguous. Thus, this study involves the study of the relationship of these three concepts.
