FOREIGN POLICY COURSE OF RUSSIA AFTER ELECTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

abstract
March 18, 2018 in Russia, the election of the President of the Russian Federation. Nobody in the expert community and among the electorate had any doubts that V. Putin was re-elected to them. According to the All-Russian Center for National Research, 5 days before the election, he had a seven-fold advantage over his closest rival to this post, P. Grudinin. The voting results only confirmed this prediction: 76,6% of voters voted for Putin, and he was elected for a fourth presidential term. His immense popularity among the electorate offset some violations of the democratic foundations of the election campaign (lack of an officially announced election program and non-participation in the debate for the presidency). Now, the expert community has to evaluate the foreign policy of Russia, taking into account the changes that are taking place and will occur in the world at the global and regional levels. In this regard, the article analyzes the geopolitical landmarks of Russia according to the views of V. Putin, reveals the main limitations of the goals of its foreign policy activity and on this basis the strategy of Russia in the regions of the world is modeled in the near future.

THE ROLE OF RUSSIA'S MEGAPROJECTS IN THE FORMATION OF RUSSIAN IDENTITY

The article is devoted to the analysis of how the introduction of megaprojects influenced the formation of Russian identity and the structure by which megaprojects traditionally developed. The study shows that in Russia since ancient times, any mega-project began with the creation of a religious building, a fortification line, and infrastructure. It is important that all Russian megaprojects were conducted with state money, and later with the involvement of sponsor money from the merchants. The focus is on problems such as Russia's expansion to the north, east, and the development of Siberia, which went as identification processes and contributed to the strengthening of Russian identity.

The article is devoted to determining the place and functions of the ERP-system during the comprehensive automation of high-tech enterprises, which is an integral part of their modern development and competitiveness. The article considers a number of features of corporate information systems in terms of their classification according to their functional purpose and belonging to the concepts of management standards. The possibilities of ERP-systems in the conditions of activity of a high-tech enterprise are given. The main projects implemented by high-tech enterprises are indicated, and the procedure for managing them using the SAP ERP system is described. Based on the constructed functional diagram of the interaction of the system modules, the process of order passing through the structural units of a high-tech enterprise is systematized.

Efforts to create complete economic security management systems in the country necessitate the solution of a number of related tasks to create such a management. In this regard, efforts are needed to differentiate tasks into strategic and tactical, measures to control and criteria for the work of each functional service, control and evaluation of personnel work, and to ensure the consistency of efforts. The reverse view is also important in order not to place undue expectations from the economic security departments of companies regarding the diminution of the role of traditional units formed in previous years that deal with accounting, information technology, innovation, and so on. The skillful use of their potential to no less extent indicates the level of skillful use of all types of resources. In a word, in carrying out organizational transformations in modern organizations, consistency, balance, continuous updating and skillful use of all resources are necessary.

The efficiency of using a graphing calculator based on the integration of three educational areas: economics, mathematics and information technology in achieving learning goals in terms of reduced contact time with the teacher and increasing the requirements for learning outcomes is substantiated.
