The article discusses the main modern trends in the development of innovatively active small and medium enterprises in the regions using PPP. An effective PPP system can make a significant contribution to the development of SMEs in the innovation sphere, as well as the basis for modernizing the economy at the territorial level. In addition, the formation of this toolkit will create the prerequisites not only for the further development of the innovative sector of the economy, but also serve as an effective mechanism for ensuring the ongoing economic development of the state, constituent entities of the Russian Federation, municipalities, as well as become a “key” success factor in transferring the country's economy to innovative type of development.

The study outlines the current market situation, also analyzes the demand for products and trends in demand. The growth dynamics of the production of expanded polyethylene in Russia is shown. The study identified the main sales segments of foamed polyethylene. Based on a study conducted by the authors, the main areas of consumption of this product are presented. The distinctive features and advantages of the product over substitute goods have been studied.

The article explores the prospects of the Turkish Stream project. The pipeline will allow you to bypass Ukrainian territory for the export of Russian gas to southern, central and eastern Europe. Implementation of the project will reduce logistics risks and transit costs for Russia, and will guarantee reliable supplies. The completion of construction is complicated by the fact that the approval of the project by the European Commission has not been achieved, the exact route has not been formed, the volumes and terms of deliveries, the owners and operators of the pipeline have not been determined.

WHOM AND WHY DO JUSTICE INDICATORS IN MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS NEED?

The article substantiates the relevance of the problem of the relationship between performance and equity indicators in management systems. Equity indicators are presented as formalized ethical and legal principles agreed by all stakeholders. It is proposed to consider these indicators as drivers for the development of the regional economy, because they contribute to improving the quality of life of all people in its ethical aspect. Following a procedural approach, it is proposed to incorporate these indicators into models for optimizing managerial decisions in the form of restrictions on the scope of feasible solutions, as well as for the formation of framework orders. Ethical and legal restrictions and frames will help to filter out unjustified decisions or to identify them in case of violation of the agreed principles. Equity indicators can become a tool for practical implementation of corporate social responsibility.

STALKING: TO THE PROBLEM OF LEGAL DETERMINATION AND THE NEED OF LEGALIZATION IN THE LEGISLATION OF RUSSIA

The article explores the problems of the legal definition of stalking, cyber stalking and the need to legalize this phenomenon in Russian legislation. The necessity of introducing criminal liability for the prosecution is substantiated, and a draft criminal law provision providing for liability for stalking is proposed. The purpose of this article is to analyze the public danger of stalking in Russia. In the course of the study, general scientific methods were used, such as analysis and synthesis, a systematic approach, as well as private scientific methods: a formal logical method, a comparative analysis method (comparative legal). As a result of the study, a draft criminal law norm was formulated providing for liability for prosecution.

The paper substantiates the relevance of the problems of communication with stakeholders. A bibliometric analysis of the use of the term “stakeholder” is carried out. The comparison of the groups of stakeholders allocated in the scientific community, as well as in the banking sector. The author's approach to the classification of bank interest groups is presented. The bank's expectations in relation to stakeholders and the expectations of interested parties in relation to the bank are highlighted.
