abstract
Topic. Ensuring the economic security of the state is carried out in the form of economic cooperation. The article discusses the prospects for changing the level of US economic security with their participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). It is concluded that the TPP, as a multilateral agreement, is a reflection of the regionalization process in the Asia-Pacific region and can ensure the sustainable development of the national economy of the United States and other states that are parties to the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Cooperation Agreement. Goals. To conduct a comparative assessment of the level of economic security of the United States and the member states of the Trans-Pacific Partnership, implemented as part of economic cooperation. Methodology. In this paper, we consider the US economic security indicators reflecting their economic cooperation: the volume of exports of goods to countries participating in the TPP, China, Russia, India and the EU (28), as well as the volume of imports of goods to the United States from these countries. Using statistical and econometric methods, the prospects for changing the level of US economic security implemented in the framework of economic cooperation are estimated. Results. An approach to a comparative assessment of changes in the level of economic security of the United States and the countries participating in the TPP implemented as part of their economic cooperation is proposed. The proposed approach to a comparative assessment of changes in the level of economic security of the United States and other countries participating in the TPP allows us to identify the priorities of economic policy in modern conditions. Conclusions. The level of US economic security can be represented in the form of factors characterizing the security of their national economy, implemented as part of economic cooperation. It is concluded that the Agreement on the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Cooperation should establish new regulations for world trade, set new standards, taking into account new trends in world development, ensuring an increase in the level of economic security of the countries participating in the TPP.

author
A. B. VORONKEVICH, M. A. PONOMAREVA
abstract
Today, social entrepreneurship has become the subject of great social expectations, due to the presence of market failures and social problems for which neither business nor the state can find a comprehensive solution. Interest in social entrepreneurship in Russia is growing every year, which requires the systematization and institutionalization of this phenomenon. Despite the theoretical backlog in the study of various aspects of social entrepreneurship, a systematic approach has not yet been presented; accordingly, we are faced with the task of primary generalization and structuring of elements of social entrepreneurship. The article proposes a systematic approach to social entrepreneurship through the development of a logical model: input factors, access elements and output factors are identified and formulated. It is expected that an understanding of the integrity of the social enterprise management process will allow existing and potential social entrepreneurs to make more efficient use of available resources and manage performance.
