The objects of intellectual rights in the current globalized economy are able to attract significant investment in various areas of business. Of paramount importance is the commercialization of the results of intellectual activity. So, the rights to the results of intellectual activity can be alienated, made as a contribution to the authorized capital, granted for use, be the subject of a pledge. At the same time, the key problem of commercialization of intellectual property is the determination of the commercial value of rights to the results of intellectual activity, that is, the ability of such rights to be subject to market turnover and have value. It is quite difficult to determine the commercial value of rights to the results of intellectual activity, since the final cost of rights to individual intellectual property results depends not only on their nominal value, but also on the fact and degree of their use in the production of goods or services. Under these conditions, it becomes necessary to analyze the existing problems of determining the commercial value of rights to the results of intellectual activity and to find ways to solve them.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE GENERAL AGRICULTURAL MARKET OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

abstract
The paper analyzes the development of the EAEU agro-industrial policy in the framework of the formation of a coordinated economic policy of the group countries. The authors assess the development of the process of multilateral regulation of international trade, analyze the development trends of agricultural production and international agri-food trade of the group countries, determine the prospects for the formation and regulation of a common agri-food market in the EAEU. The authors conclude that the WTO institutional crisis contributes to the development of intra-regional regional markets, and typical problems of regional economic integration are not typical for the regional agri-food market in the EAEU. The formation of the EAEU common agri-food market has significant potential for ensuring collective food security.

The article reveals the possibilities of bringing domestic livestock production to a qualitatively new level of profitability due to the disclosure of the internal potential of its development and the formation of growth points based on the competitive advantages characteristic of small forms of farms. The possibilities of launching self-development mechanisms through the introduction of new animal husbandry technologies based on the paradigm of effective reduction of production costs are shown, which makes the cattle-breeding farm competitive in modern conditions. Based on the study of the experience of Germany and Denmark and the four-year practical experience of one of the authors in their own households, a cost-effective way of conducting modern meat farming in winter and summer in the conditions of free keeping is proposed.

The article discusses the use of the logistics concept in the agricultural sector of the Republic of Dagestan. The agricultural sector is systemically important for the entire economy of the republic, but its potential is not fully utilized. Moreover, the main reason for the lag in the development of the agro-industrial complex is its structural imbalance. The application of the logistic concept is aimed at the optimal use of the natural resource environment of the region, the production potential of the agro-industrial sectors, overcoming imbalances and eliminating imbalances in the way of agricultural products from producer to final consumer. The recommendations of the author can be taken into account when developing targeted regional programs for the development of the agricultural sector and its logistics infrastructure.

The article is devoted to the analysis of Indian-Chinese relations at the end of the XX - second decade of the XXI centuries. Their relationship was complicated by the following problems: border territorial disputes, the problem of Tibet, cooperation between China and Pakistan, including in the field of nuclear technology. At the beginning of the XXI century, there was a warming in the policies of the two countries, which was due to the development of economic cooperation and trade between them, the need to jointly fight terrorism in the region, and the possibility of cooperation in the use of atomic energy for peaceful purposes. But a qualitative change in these relationships did not occur, and the situation remains tense. The reasons for this are: China's growing influence in Asia; continued partnership between China and Pakistan; the growing economic and military gap between countries; China’s geopolitical environment policy; his implementation of the “string of pearls" strategy in the Indian Ocean; rapprochement of India with the USA. Recently, two new factors have been added to these reasons: water and food.

The article is devoted to the study of the sensitivity of the breakeven model to changes in the basic variables, on which the break-even volume depends, namely the price of one unit of production, variable costs of producing one unit of production, fixed costs. It is proved that the sensitivity of the model is inversely proportional to the share of marginal income in the price of one unit of production and in variable costs for the production of one unit of output. Equality is obtained, the fulfillment of which provides a stable break-even volume with changing values of the variables included in the model.

The paper presents a methodology for analyzing the performance of offices of a bank's branch network. Recommendations are given for selecting indicators for evaluating effectiveness. A specific example of the analysis of the effectiveness of bank offices is considered. The analysis includes four stages, each of the stages is considered in detail in the article. The main indicators for the analysis, seasonal constants for calculating these indicators are given. The final indicator is an aggregated indicator, which should exceed the minimum acceptable level.
