abstract
This article is devoted to determining the best practice of interaction between government bodies in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on the issue of ensuring the economic security of the region. Each subject of Russia has a special set of infrastructural, socio-economic, natural-climatic and other distinctive features, thereby defining the specifics of managing regional economic security. The study, based on the official websites of the administrations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, showed that far from all regions in the structure of administrations there are executive bodies responsible for economic security in the region. However, as practice shows, the most effective is the creation of an authorized executive body, whose functions include coordinating and controlling the interaction of government bodies to ensure economic security in the regions.

The difficult conditions for the activity of agricultural enterprises have created a need for the development of new approaches to the management of agricultural enterprises (AIC). One of the directions for improving managerial activity at agro-industrial enterprises is the construction of a controlling system based on a system-integration approach. Controlling integrates accounting, control, planning and analysis into a single self-governing system. The article discusses the place of controlling in the agricultural enterprise management system. The main stages of creating a controlling system are considered.

Any system has the so-called emergent properties, which are not reduced to the properties of its elements. The emergent properties of socio-economic systems (the properties of the system as a whole), including controllability, flexibility, stability, prudence and the ability to develop, largely depend on the structural components of organizational management. Therefore, an understanding of the connection between the archetype of organizational management, the structure of the system and system patterns becomes a reliable foundation for substantiating organizational decisions. Organizational decision-making should not be arbitrary or take into account only short-term interests, goals, benefits, consequences. Short-term and local effects differ (often dramatically) from long-term and systemic.

The article discusses one of the main directions of the scientific and technological process - the transfer of digital communications over optical-fiber communication channels. Classification of optical communication cables and marking of optical fibers is given. The technical characteristics of the construction and operation of the high-speed trunk line Bishkek-Osh-Batken and the city of Jalal-Abad are indicated. For details, the diagram shows the organization of the intrazonal fiber-optic communication line for the Jalal-Abad region and the city of Jalal-Abad and the FTTB scheme. For 2017-2018, the objects of construction and launch of distribution networks are indicated. The prospects for the development of fiber-optic communication lines in the city of Jalal-Abad are shown.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the existing practice of identifying and preventing corruption in the socio-economic space of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The grouping of executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on combating corruption by the status principle is presented. It has been established that at present, in Russia, in order to increase the effectiveness of the activities of regional anti-corruption bodies, it is necessary to clearly and fully consolidate the functions of these bodies by regional regulatory legal acts, taking into account the specifics of implementing the state anti-corruption policy.

An econometric model of the impact of currency interventions by the Central Bank of Russia on the growth rate of real GDP and the level of international reserves of the country is discussed. It is concluded that in the short and long term, the purchase by the Central Bank of Russia of US dollars had a stimulating effect on the aforementioned indicators of economic growth and financial stability of the country.
