The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of “organization”, “organizational management structure”, highlights the features of the management system of enterprises and organizations with various forms of management, analyzes the evolution of organizational management structures, shows the mechanism of the organizational management system. The requirements for the management structure and the impact of the organization's functions on the activities of the company are studied. The relationship between the size of the enterprise and organizational structure, the dependence of this size on the process of technology development and the scale of economic activity is shown.

abstract
The article considers the problem of constructing a model of the main indicator of a socio-economic system - its state. The factors shaping the state of the system are determined. Then the problem of constructing a state model is formulated. Multivariate state models are offered - static and dynamic. Their advantages and disadvantages are considered. Their economic meaning is investigated. Paired models of the state of the system, depending solely on time, are proposed. The indicators of model quality (accuracy, adequacy) are investigated. Based on the calculations made, conclusions are drawn about the possibility of modeling the state. In conclusion, the author raises the problem of identifying the factors included in the model, outlines ways to solve it.

abstract
The aim of the work is to clarify the concept, stages of formation and study of the current state of the food complex and food sub-complexes in the agricultural complex of the North-Caucasian Federal District. The study is based on a general scientific methodology, which provides for a systematic approach to solving problems. The basis of this work is the research of domestic scientists on the topic of food sub-complexes of the country and regions. In an environment where the economy, including agriculture, and other sectors of the agro-industrial complex are in an unstable situation, the problem of food supply for the population mainly with their own food products and independence from international food supplies comes to the fore. The priorities for the development of food subcomplexes in the agricultural complex of the North-Caucasian Federal District are to provide the population of the region with high-quality and safe food. This problem should be solved by maximizing the use of local raw materials and a complex of local resources, developing a service for the storage of manufactured agricultural products; increase in agricultural production, in which there is a shortage for the region; maximum use of the territorial advantages of the region in order to reduce logistics costs. The results of the study can be used in the management of innovative development of enterprises of the North-Caucasian Federal District.

The main objectives of conducting such studies in the world and in our country are the search for methods of combating money laundering, studying the specifics of the Financial Monitoring Authority created in many countries, and assigning rights and obligations to an identical body created in our country. The main methods of our research are a system analysis and a logical generalization of legislation, facts from real practice, international documentation and standards for combating money laundering and financing of terrorism. The factors noted in the article serve to identify the role and determine the future prospects of the Financial Monitoring Authority operating in our country in the fight against money laundering and terrorist financing. As a result of the study, the ways of effective methods to combat the laundering of "dirty" money and the financing of terrorism in our country have been identified.

The article analyzes the principle of the unity of fate of land plots and real estate objects firmly connected with them. The problematic issues arising in the course of the practical implementation of this land legal principle in inheritance relations are considered. The work provides regulatory materials, opinions of scientists, legal positions of courts of general jurisdiction. It is noted that this principle is one of the transitional stages in the process of introducing a model of a single property. The authors concluded that the concept of a single object has already been partially accepted by the Russian legislator.
