The article proposes a method for setting priorities for the management strategy of a generating company, in accordance with which the strategy for ensuring uninterrupted energy supply and sustainable financial development is determined in the first priority group, characterized in that the second priority group determines the strategies for managing personnel and suppliers, as well as production assets and financial resources. Priorities for other strategies are established by analyzing the structure of the cost of electricity production, and the priority of a strategy is higher, the larger the share in the cost structure of the article that is the object of management of a particular strategy.

The main trends in the global and Russian food packaging markets are analyzed. It is shown that today its wide assortment is presented on the market, while the choice of materials for manufacturing is determined by the specifics of food packaging and formalized sanitary and hygienic requirements. Various strategies that manufacturers of these products can adhere to ensure their competitiveness in national and world markets are considered. The main trends and development trends of the industry are studied, on the basis of which ways to improve the efficiency of food packaging production are proposed. It is shown that a special role is played by areas related to the development and implementation of innovations. The main types of innovations in the field under study are considered, and change management subsystems are proposed for adapting the personnel potential of industrial enterprises for the production of packaging for food products caused by the implementation of an innovative strategy.

The article is devoted to the methods of analysis of liquidity and asset turnover of an organization. The first part of the study contains a critical analysis of the literature regarding controversial issues in calculating liquidity and turnover ratios. The authors substantiate the fact that some of the methodological provisions that cause controversy in the professional environment are indeed complex debatable issues. At the same time, a significant number of controversial issues related to the calculation of the coefficients described in the specialized literature are not. In the second part of the study, the author’s model is proposed, which combines indicators of profitability, solvency, turnover, capital structure. Using this model will allow you to evaluate the influence of factors on the resulting indicator (when implementing the control action on other indicators).

The consumer loyalty program in the context of the development of digitalization is presented in the article as an important modern marketing tool, which is necessary for every organization engaged in electronic commerce. In the course of the study, it was noted that the Internet trading market is actively developing in Russia, the goals of loyalty programs are being reviewed, types of consumer loyalty are being improved. The authors of the article analyzed the loyalty programs of the Lamoda.ru online store and, on the basis of a cognitive model of consumer behavior, made proposals for the development of co-branded loyalty programs with similar partners who appeal in this market or with companies from other fields of activity. This will increase customer loyalty and commitment to the Lamoda.ru online store, increasing its competitiveness.
