EVALUATION OF THREATS IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE OF THE KIROV REGION

abstract
The article is devoted to the important and relevant topic of threat assessment in the social sphere of the region (on the example of the Kirov region) due to its key role not only in economic security, but also in the entire national security system. The first part of the article deals with official statistics on the main macroeconomic indicators and characterizing the state of the social sphere in the region. Next, the main threats to national interests in the social sphere are considered: reducing incomes, rising unemployment, low birth rates and high mortality rates, the prevalence of a high proportion of the population living below the poverty line, inaccessibility of high-quality paid services for the population, and others. In the second part of the article, threats are assessed in social sphere of the Kirov region, confirmed by official statistics. In conclusion, the results of the assessment are summarized and their impact on economic security is analyzed.

abstract
The subject of the research is the features of the current state of information support for the management of local governments and the development of an information mechanism as the most important factor in improving the efficiency of municipal government in the context of digital information. The article presents the main results of the study, highlights theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of concepts of information support and digital transformation. The processes of interaction between government and society in the modern information space, significant information and technological difficulties of individual regions are examined, the main problems of the digital divide are identified, the regulatory and legal framework for their implementation is presented, which made it possible to develop the necessary proposals and recommendations for optimizing the interaction between government bodies and the population.

abstract
Return on equity is the most important indicator of the effectiveness and activity of any business entity, whether it is enterprises engaged in industry, whether it is organizations related to the financial and credit system. In the financial and credit system of the Russian Federation, the level of this indicator is quite large. This is explained by the favorable situation for banks in the financial market. Return on equity of a bank reflects the efficient use of bank funds. It allows you to see how high the effectiveness of attracting and allocating resources at the disposal of the bank. Low rates indicate that the customer base is not large enough. Even if the market situation is not entirely favorable, banks are able to remain profitable and retain customers through widespread diversification, that is, by offering customers a variety of banking products and services.

abstract
The article discusses the theoretical concepts of market economy models, regarding the role of the state in ensuring a more sustainable development of the economy, as well as transforming the structure of the region’s economy, which is impossible without an influx of investments and ensuring the availability of financial resources. The Kyrgyz Republic is growing a common understanding that the pursuit of economic growth without sufficient attention to other social tasks is not enough for the prosperity and development of society in the human and environmental sense. Contrary to popular belief, government can play an important role in regulating a market economy and invest in human resources development. This role does not impede economic growth, but gives it acceleration and ensures its sustainability. As experience shows, even in industrialized countries, the rejection of the state social security system causes discontent and takes on the character of a social disaster with the threat of social unrest and political instability. For countries with economies in transition, in particular, too far-reaching measures to eliminate the state aid system in order to increase the competitiveness of the economy are likely to produce the same results, further weakening the nascent nation-state.

abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the management of the reorganization of business structures from a marketing perspective. The effectiveness of mechanisms for ensuring the management of reorganization of business structures is determined from the standpoint of managing the demand for the products of reorganized enterprises. The author uses the method of correlation analysis to prove the main hypothesis of the study, which consists in the insufficient or ineffective use of marketing activities in the process of reorganization of enterprises. The analysis revealed a decrease in the global competitiveness of the country with an increase in the reorganization activity of enterprises. The article proposes promising marketing tools that are possible to use during the reorganization of enterprises, and also discusses the main directions of their application. The author offers the concept of managing the reorganization of entrepreneurial structures from a marketing perspective, in particular, he considers four areas of application of marketing tools in the process of reorganization management.

The subject of the research is the process of forming and evaluating a bank's loan portfolio. The purpose of the study is to research, evaluate and identify the main trends in the formation of the bank's loan portfolio. Research method - analysis, synthesis, economic and statistical. The research results - priority areas of lending - lending to legal entities and individuals; loans for a period of more than 3 years are most in demand; the quality level of the loan portfolio is quite high, however, the bank also has loans of the 5th quality category, including for all categories of borrowers. The scope of the results is Sberbank of Russia PJSC. Conclusions - a steady growth of the bank's loan portfolio was revealed.

CORRELATION-REGRESSION ANALYSIS OF THE MAIN INDUSTRIAL INDICATORS OF THE ORGANIZATION

The author presents the results of the correlation and regression analysis of the relationship between revenue and return on assets of a modern organization. Statistical estimation of the obtained equation according to the above calculations allows us to assert with 66% confidence that the obtained forecast model is statistically significant, which gives the author reason to recommend it for use in forecasting practice. The empirical basis of the study is the data of a modern organization. The analysis was carried out using the specialized econometric software package EXCEL.

The article discusses the current problems of calculating the cost of production of laying hens of an industrial herd. Several approaches to the formation of cost items were considered and a proposal was made to introduce an additional article in the cost accounting system “The difference in the cost of adult layers in their culling, sale and revenue from sales”. The forms of a calculation card for calculating the actual cost of growth in live weight, live weight of young stocks and a calculation card for calculating the actual cost of livestock of laying hens of an industrial herd are proposed. A methodology for compiling them is also described.
