abstract

The purpose of the article is to investigate the features of state support measures for national shipbuilding and determine the most effective of them. The official statistics, legal acts, domestic and foreign specialized publications are analyzed. A set of measures is proposed to ensure the effectiveness of state support for domestic shipbuilding in the framework of the ongoing import substitution policy. The necessity of the comprehensive development of import substitution in the industry through the purchase of technologies from foreign countries and the production (development) of products based on their own experience and achievements is substantiated.

The article discusses the problems of recreational development of the territory of the Meshchera National Park. Based on the assessment of the recreational potential of the park, a model for the development of tourism and recreation has been developed, which includes tourist centers, axes and loci. When creating a model for the development of tourism in the national park, the functional zoning of the territory and the existing infrastructure were taken into account. The main types of tourism and mechanisms for regulating tourist flows are identified.

The article discusses the key areas of organizing a voluntary movement to accompany tourists with disabilities. The analysis of the main stages of training volunteers, from recruiting to continuing education is given. Recommendations on methodological, informational and consulting support and development of this type of volunteering in the region are presented. An algorithm for working with volunteers in the framework of the project “City without Borders” is presented. Practical recommendations are given that increase the effectiveness of the selection of candidates for volunteers.

The article is devoted to one of the important problems reflecting the development of any state - poverty. The relevance of the topic is also due to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2018 No. 204, in which one of the strategic tasks of the development of Russia until 2024 is determined by halving the poverty level. The state, differentiation and dynamics of nominal and real incomes of Russians, the level and profile of poverty are analyzed. The main factors that influence the growth of poverty are identified. The directions of struggle with it are proposed.

The article highlights the issues of modernization of the marketing system of the enterprise, its permanent improvement in connection with the emergence of new counterparties (buyers and suppliers), changing competition conditions, scientific and technological progress and other reasons. As ways to modernize the sales system, the article discusses the optimization of the functioning of the intralogistic customer service system (as an element of the organization’s sales system), which allows to improve the quality of service and thereby increase the level of customer loyalty to the enterprise at minimal cost. It was proposed to optimize the intralogistic system on the basis of a method that allows ranking customers and differentiating the organization’s sales policy, as well as an algorithm for determining promising areas for improving the customer service system.

THE ROLE OF PERSONAL RELATIONS IN SUPPLY CHAIN ​​DISORDERS

Subject / topic. Analysis of the impact and role of personal relationships in supply chain disruptions. Economic development, increased competition, improved technology and the transformation of the economic system have led to the evolution of globalization, the expansion of supply chains, longer delivery times, loss of control over resources and greater uncertainty. Firms can no longer rely on their internal abilities and capabilities because of the myriad of risks and problems that lead to new realities, changes and problems that affect the participants in the supply chain. Goals / objectives. The purpose of this general qualitative research is to study the main role of personal relationships in the context of supply chain disruption. The main objectives of the study include: identifying the attributes, advantages and disadvantages of personal relationships in order to ensure the stability of relations between buyers and suppliers of logistics services, as well as conducting research on the example of the activities of a really functioning enterprise. Methodology. During the study, a system-informational approach and a situational analysis were used to determine the theoretical aspects of the influence of disadvantages and advantages of personal relationships on the number of failures in the supply chain, as well as a survey was conducted among purchasing managers directly involved in the supply process. Conclusion. The article identifies the attributes, advantages and disadvantages of personal relationships, and also determines the degree of influence of personal relationships in violations of the supply chain. The results of this study will help reduce the potential risks of the supply chain associated with personal relationships, and will also increase the overall efficiency of firms by establishing strong personal relationships.

Particular attention is paid to the conditions of uncertainty associated with poorly predicted demand when a new product is launched on the market; the presence of temporary delays in the delivery of products to the final consumer and the existence of a risk associated with an excessive amount of goods in stocks. The authors propose a linear programming model to determine the optimal distribution path for existing products.

The article is devoted to the study of practical experience in the implementation of lean manufacturing in the activities of small businesses in the provision of services in the market of St. Petersburg. The authors provide a qualitative description of the changes in the activities of a small respondent company as a result of applying the principles of the lean manufacturing concept as part of their research. The findings allow us to confirm the authors' hypothesis that changes in activities based on the Lean concept are even more relevant for small and micro-business companies, as they allow for the long-term competitiveness of the company without significant investment in a short time.

The object of this research article is the process of attracting foreign direct investment in the Russian economy. The relevance of the topic is due to the need and importance of restoring the pre-crisis volume of attracted foreign direct investment. The article analyzes the statistical data of foreign direct investment entering the Russian economy. The main trends in the volume of attracted foreign capital have been identified using such statistical methods of processing time series as interval enlargement, moving average and analytical alignment. The correlation between the inflow of foreign direct investment and the consumer price index is determined. The study revealed an inverse relationship between the analyzed indicators.
