The article is devoted to theoretical issues of determining the energy efficiency of industrial production and its management methodology. The authors offer a broader interpretation of energy efficiency as the ratio of the result of production to the cost of energy supply, where the costs are represented by different ratios of the main and associated costs of energy supply and are formed, respectively, by different levels of the decision-making hierarchy. Energy efficiency in this sense can be considered as one of the most important criteria for production efficiency.

The article considers the Foreign Policy Concept of the Russian Federation as a strategic document, which outlines the goals, objectives and directions of the country's economic diplomacy. The content of the five editions of the document is studied, the characteristic features and the main trends in the development of economic diplomacy of Russia, their relationship with the general issues of the country's participation in international economic relations are reflected. The main conclusions are that the Foreign Policy Concept of the Russian Federation is one of the key state documents not only in the foreign policy field, but also in the field of economic diplomacy; It is generalizing in nature and reflects current trends; defines strategic foreign economic objectives and does not imply a mechanism for their implementation.

The latest trends in the development of entrepreneurship in the Russian agricultural machinery market are analyzed and its current needs for infrastructure entrepreneurship are identified. The necessity of structural and functional modernization of the enterprise infrastructure in the specified market is proved.

SIMULATION OF INTERACTION OF PARTICIPANTS OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOUSING CONSTRUCTION

abstract

The analysis of the current state of housing construction and the Strategy for the innovative development of the construction industry of the Russian Federation until 2030 made it possible to identify insufficiently coordinated actions of the main participants in the innovation process in housing construction. The article puts forward the thesis on the use of public-private partnership mechanisms to coordinate public and private goals of participants in the housing industry. The authors substantiated the need to use a static model for reconciling public and private interests related to the SOCHI models. The results of mathematical modeling, performed in the Mathcad package, made it possible to justify the criteria for increasing the consistency of investors involved in the implementation of a specific investment and construction project of ecological housing.

METHOD OF ANALYSIS OF CASH AND CASH FLOWS OF THE ORGANIZATION

The article attempts to develop a methodology for analyzing cash and cash flows of an organization. The concepts of “cash”, “money”, “cash flow” are clarified. The process of providing US enterprises with cash using the models of Baumol and Miller-Orr is considered. The process of settlements between business entities using the non-cash settlement procedure carried out through a current account is shown, the main accounting entries using accounts 50–52, 55 are considered. Two methods of money analysis are proposed: direct and indirect, their essence, and their expediency are shown. The role of cash in ensuring and maintaining the solvency of the enterprise is clarified.

EVALUATION OF CREDIT RISK IN A SLIDED LOGNORMAL MODEL

Structural models of credit risk are usually based on the Black-Scholes model, which implies that the value of the company's assets corresponds to the stochastic differential equation of this model. The paper considers issues of credit risk assessment for shifted lognormal model, which is a generalization of the classical Black - Scholes model. The company’s stock and bond values ​​were found, and the real and risk-neutral default probabilities for the Merton default model were calculated. The issues of credit risk assessment for barrier default models are also considered. The results obtained are compared with the known results for the Black - Scholes model. The possibilities of using the obtained results in the tasks of analyzing the credit risk of bank borrowers and corporate bonds are discussed.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE MAIN SOURCES OF FINANCING HEALTH CARE

The article provides a comparative analysis of the main external and internal sources of financing medical care for citizens of the Russian Federation. The structure of tariff rates for voluntary medical insurance (VMI) and compulsory medical insurance (VMI) is analyzed, an example of calculating insurance premiums under VMI in the insurance company VTB-Insurance for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is given. The effectiveness of compulsory medical insurance, VHI, and paid medical services in Russia is compared using the SWOT analysis, as a result of which the optimal directions for the development of these sources of financing for medical care are identified.
