abstract

Ensuring the financial security of business entities, including participants in financial markets, is one of the areas of the Economic Security Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030. An important role in the implementation of this direction is assigned to the Bank of Russia, the mega-regulator of the Russian financial market. In the content of the work, attention is paid to the directions of development of the financial market and their implementation, the participation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the capital of rehabilitated banks is considered, the results of efforts to combat abuses at Russian organized tenders, to exchange information with foreign financial market regulators, to identify illegal creditors and financial the pyramids. The authors of the article substantiate the need to develop effective methods to ensure the financial security of financial market participants.

The article discusses the main aspects of the current situation in the oil and gas industry and analyzes key indicators. A structural-dynamic analysis of quantitative and cost indicators of oil and gas exports (export volumes and oil and gas revenues), the dynamics of crude oil production was carried out. An assessment is given of investments in fixed assets of enterprises of key sectors of the Russian economy, among which the leading positions in the scale of activity are occupied by oil and gas enterprises. Based on an analysis of the main indicators and various factors that directly affect the state of the oil and gas complex, the main weaknesses that slow down the development of the industry were identified. To solve the problems, such drivers of improving the industry's activity as developing partnerships with foreign companies and the widespread introduction of high-tech resource processing were proposed for consideration.

The subject of the study is the process of evaluating the effectiveness of financial decision-making in PJSC Lukoil according to the criteria of Hurwitz, Savage. The purpose of the study: to evaluate the effectiveness of financial decisions in PJSC Lukoil according to the criteria of Hurwitz, Savage. Research methods - analysis, synthesis, economic and statistical. Results of the research: the criteria of Hurwitz and S-Vija were implemented when making financial decisions at PJSC Lukoil. The scope of the results is PJSC Lukoil. Conclusions: when making financial decisions, the Hurwitz criteria are assessed in terms of absolute liquidity and Savage - in terms of return on assets.
