The analysis made it possible to identify the causes of the outflow of the population from the countryside and the relationship of the agricultural economy and the development of the social infrastructure of the village.

The article discusses the role of intellectual resources in the innovative development of the agricultural complex of the economy, the state of the agrarian complex of the Republic of Tajikistan and the role of intellectual resources in its development. The importance of the Shirinshokh Shokhtemur Tajik Agrarian University in the development of agricultural science and the training of high-tech personnel in the republic is shown; cooperation with Russia and Belarus as the main factor in the development of innovative agriculture in Tajikistan.

As a result of the study, an algorithm for introducing budgeting in a scientific institution is proposed. Models of control processes and changes to the budget of a scientific organization have been developed.

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the development of food supply chain technologies in the digital economy. The paper provides an overview of a number of technologies currently used in food supply chains, as well as those that are being developed and are at an experimental stage. The paper reflects the interdependence of changes in technologies and processes in food supply chains, provides a general diagram of the food supply chain in a digital economy. The article identifies priority groups for the development of food supply chain technologies in the digital economy. The author formulated a conclusion about the need and significance of adapting technological changes and optimizing investments in the digital economy.

The purpose of the article is to consider some of the key problems of technical and technological re-equipment of enterprises and industries leading to progressive structural transformations in the domestic industrial sphere. The main factors of low activity of enterprises in the innovation sphere that impede accelerated restructuring have been identified. The directions of the development of the infrastructure of innovations and high-tech industries are considered, measures are identified for managing the risks of technological transformations at the micro and meso-economic levels in order to accelerate structural transformations in the domestic industry.

The work highlights the evolutionary stages of the content of the concept of “economic safety of educational organization”. The economic security of the university in optimal and permissible functioning modes is defined as a safe state; pre-crisis and crisis - dangerous. Having formulated the signs for each of the modes, the authors determined the “sufficient” and “necessary” conditions for a safe level of functioning of the economy of educational organizations.

FORECASTING OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF THE INSTITUTIONAL TRAP OF THE RUSSIAN LABOR MARKET

abstract
Within the framework of the theory of search and selection of correspondences, a model has been developed to predict the socio-economic consequences of the institutional trap of the Russian labor market in the region. As a result of applying the model to statistical data, a forecast is obtained of the unemployment rate, labor productivity and wages of highly and low-skilled workers in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are part of the Urals Federal District for the period until 2035. In accordance with the forecast, provided that the slow the restructuring of employment in the district will increase the excess of highly skilled labor force and the deficit of low skilled labor force with decreasing marginal return on labor of workers of both qualification groups.

The article is devoted to studying the problems of digital transformation of the domestic economy and analyzing the implementation of the national digital economy program in the Republic of Dagestan. The paper analyzes the state and readiness for "digitalization" of the Russian economy, notes the problem areas that determine the "digital gap" of our country from lighthouses in this area. The author's interpretation of the definition of the digital economy is proposed, the need for state support for the development of the digital economy and the expansion of tax benefits for innovative companies is substantiated. A comprehensive analysis of the development of information and communication technologies in the region is given. The author’s recommendations can be taken into account when implementing the national digitalization program and developing regional digital projects.

DIGITALIZATION OF ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICAL PROCEDURES: PROS AND MINUS

abstract
The article presents the author’s view on the consequences of the penetration of digital technology into accounting and analytical practice. It is shown that one of the consequences of the development of automation is not always justified increase in the complexity of the relevant procedures. The conclusion is made: despite the development of information technologies, in the accounting and analytical sphere they will not be able to completely replace the subject of accounting and analysis. On specific examples, situations are illustrated where the use of rigorous algorithms and artificial intelligence during analysis and the formation of an analytical conclusion can lead to incorrect conclusions and incorrect management decisions. The necessity of compulsory inclusion of the subject in conducting economic analysis at least at two stages is proved: the formation of an array of source data and the formulation of conclusions on the results of the analysis.
