The article presents the results of a study of the psycho-functional state of first-year students. We study the nature of changes in indicators that reflect the main aspects of the functional state of the nervous system. The results of the study allow us to ascertain the positive dynamics in the psycho-functional state of students, which indicates sufficient compensatory-adaptive resistance of students to the action of adverse factors associated with studying at a university. The role of physical education technologies with psychophysical effects is noted.

The article concludes that P. F. Lesgaft has made a significant scientific contribution to the development of defectology in our country.

The military component of the policy of the People’s Republic of China in the “strategic triangle” of Russia – China – USA occupies an important place in realizing the Chinese aspirations to occupy a leading position in various regions of the world. Goals / objectives. To assess the impact of the military component of the policy of the People’s Republic of China in the “strategic triangle” of Russia – China – USA on the implementation of current Chinese policy in Central Asia, the Asia-Pacific, Euro-Atlantic regions and the Arctic. Methodology. The paper reviews the impact of the military component of the policy of the People’s Republic of China in the “strategic triangle” of Russia – China – USA. Results. An approach to a comparative assessment of the influence of the military component of the policy of the People’s Republic of China in the “strategic triangle” Russia – China – USA is proposed. Discussion / application. The proposed approach to a comparative assessment of the impact of the military component of the policy of the People’s Republic of China in the “strategic triangle” of Russia – China – USA allows us to identify the priorities of Russian policy in Central Asia and the Asia-Pacific regions and in the Arctic. Conclusions / relevance. A comparative assessment of the influence of the military component of the policy of the People’s Republic of China in the “strategic triangle” of Russia – China – USA can be used to substantiate recommendations to the military-political leadership of our country.
