author

S. A. Khubulova, M. B. Miroshnichenko

abstract

The article highlights issues related to the theoretical justification of the essence of external constraints. In this aspect, the definition of external constraints as a sustainable component of the “new economic reality” is considered. It is indicated that external constraints have a specific, most often hidden, potential for accelerating the conversion processes. The necessity of using applied tools that ensure the effectiveness of the structural transformation process with the systematic impact of external constraints on the domestic economy is argued.

DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAMMING TOOLS AND MODELING TECHNOLOGIES IN MODERN ENVIRONMENTS

author

L. S. ZVYAGIN

abstract

Simulation is a method of studying a certain system under study, while the study is not on a real system, but on a model that replaces it, with which various experiments are conducted in order to be able to obtain information about the original system. Modeling in a simulation environment involves working with mathematical models. If we talk about the analytical method of model formation, it is necessary to describe the system through equations, by solving which it is possible to obtain the characteristics of the system under study. But in practice, quite often, when describing complex systems, one can come to complex systems of equations, and therefore the analytical method becomes difficult to perform or not at all feasible. A simulation approach when working with complex objects will be more justified and, despite some complexity and specificity, will provide more opportunities for experimentation.

author

Z. V. KHOKHOEVA

abstract

The theoretical development of the problems of fictitious capital of the modern Russian economy in recent years has become one of the urgent areas of scientific research, since fictitious capital is endowed with significant opportunities in meeting the needs of the investment process. External restrictions in this regard create conditions in which the development of solutions to these problems of the development of the Russian economy becomes even more popular. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the specific restrictions that the changed environmental conditions impose on the possibility of generating and circulating fictitious capital. The productive development of conceptual aspects of the study of the possibilities of fictitious capital involves the expansion of the space of scientific research and going beyond interdisciplinary boundaries. The author of this article evaluates the features of the current stage of development of problem nodes and the contradictions in the movement of fictitious capital of the domestic economy, suggests ways to resolve them. The article contains recommendations for improving state economic policy regarding the development of fictitious capital.
