The article analyzes the existing methods for assessing the economic security of a region, proposes an author's approach to assessing the level of economic security of a region based on a systematic approach. Particular attention is paid to taking into account factors of influence on the level of economic security of the region. It was revealed that each of the methods proposed for use to assess the economic security of the region has its advantages and disadvantages, expressed to varying degrees depending on the existing analysis data, the capabilities of software products, the level and characteristics of the socio-economic development of a particular region.

As the main examples of economic indicators, the authors analyze government spending on R&D, education, national income, GDP growth rates to identify problems and prospects for the development of “smart cities” in the GCC.

The article presents the essence of the stakeholder model of project management, emphasizes the importance of setting priorities and choosing strategies for interacting with interested parties in an IT project. The conditions for the construction and development of an effective system of interaction with stakeholders according to the AA1000SES standard are identified. In accordance with the standard model of stakeholders, the main stakeholders of the IT project are identified, their expectations and requirements are characterized. The main indicators of the effectiveness of the IT project are described. The influence of stakeholders on the possible risks of the IT project is analyzed, solutions to minimize them are proposed.

ASSESSMENT OF STATISTICAL DATA ON THE STATUS OF THE ELECTRONIC TRADE MARKET USING ECONOMIC ANALYSIS

This article is an attempt to use standard methods of economic analysis, in particular, methods of absolute differences and trend analysis, to study statistical information about the state of the e-commerce market in Russia and the world. The difficulties associated with the formation of statistical information on the state of the electronic commerce market are considered. Two-factor models are constructed with the calculation of the influence of factors on the resulting indicators. The growth rates of the e-commerce market in Russia and the world are compared using the results of a trend analysis. Based on the vertical analysis, a hypothesis was put forward on the main drivers of the development of the e-commerce market in Russia.
