Abstract

We studied the use of the new complex preparation heprasan for the prevention of mycotoxicosis in broiler chickens and its effect on the safety, biochemical parameters of blood serum, liver function in birds.
According to the experimental design, three groups of chickens of 50 goals were formed. in each. During the entire experimental period, the birds of the 1st group (control) received only the feed of the main diet, the chickens of the 2nd and 3rd groups were added heprasan in the amount of 21 and 1% of the dry matter of the feed, respectively, for 2 days. During the experiment, the following indicators were taken into account: safety, biochemical parameters of blood serum and liver necropsy data.
It was found that prolonged administration of heprasan in broiler diets in various doses has a positive effect on the biochemical parameters of blood serum and indicators characterizing the functional activity of liver hepatocytes, helping to reduce the negative effect of mycotoxins on the bird's body.
