Abstract

The article presents the results of laboratory studies on the development of disinfection regimes for slaughter and cattle primary processing workshops, as well as the results of checking their effectiveness in a production environment.
According to the results of research and production tests, it was found that Anolyte ANK-super provides 100% decontamination of the premises of slaughtering and primary processing of livestock at meat processing plants and slaughterhouses. Thus, it was determined that the positive effect of surface disinfection when controlled using test cultures of S. aureus and E. coli was achieved at a drug consumption rate of 0,3 ... 0,5 l / m2 and an exposure of 90 minutes, and when controlled using a test culture B cereus - at a drug consumption rate of 0,5 l / m2, but an exposure time of 120 min.
The materials of the studies made it possible to develop "The technology for the use of Anolyte-ANK super disinfectant for veterinary and sanitary treatment of slaughter shops and the primary processing of slaughter cattle in meat processing plants and slaughterhouses."
