Abstract

The zootechnical feasibility of using the developed biopreparations Prevention-N-A and Prevention-N-E in beef production technology for the implementation of the bioresource potential of the meat qualities of black-and-white bulls has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally proved. Against the background of the use of biological products, an activation of the growth and development of gobies was established during the periods of growing, rearing and fattening, which led to higher slaughter and meat qualities of carcasses and, as a result, the yield of valuable cuts: spinogram - by 6,1 and 4,0 kg (P < 0,01 ... 0,001), lumbar - by 2,6 and 1,7 kg (P <0,05 ... 0,01) and hip - by 8,6 and 7,1 kg (P <0,001). The good quality of meat carcasses has been proven in terms of organoleptic, biochemical and spectrometric indicators and, consequently, the safety of the tested preparations. It has been established that the realization of the bioresource potential of the gobies' body is due to the activation of hematopoiesis, cellular and humoral factors of nonspecific resistance by biological products. The novelty of the data obtained is confirmed by RF patents for inventions No. 2602687 and No. 2622765, registered in the State Register of Inventions of the Russian Federation on October 26.10.2016, 19.06.2017 and June XNUMX, XNUMX, respectively.
