Abstract

The article presents the results of a preclinical study of the toxicity of enzyme feed additives Agroksil plus, Agroksil premium, Agroprot, Agrocel plus, produced by Agroferment LLC, for the production of animal feed and premixes in order to increase the digestibility of feed and the absorption of nutrients in the diets of pigs and poultry. The LD50 of the preparations was more than 5,0 g / kg body weight. According to the classification (GOST 12.1.007-76), the preparations belong to low-toxic compounds (4th hazard class). Feed additives have practically no material or functional cumulation. They do not have irritating, skin-resorptive and allergenic effects. Do not cause severe irritation of the mucous membranes of the eyes in rabbits. Their testing is promising for the use as protective agents for intoxication with pesticides and heavy metals.
