Abstract

The article presents the results of testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the disinfectant OEKORON 5 ANS in a production environment at veterinary surveillance facilities. As a result of tests, it was found that the test drug has high antimicrobial activity. In relation to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli during disinfection of smooth surfaces of the premises, solutions of Oekoron 5 AHC were tested at a concentration of 0,5 ... 4% for the preparation at a flow rate of 0,25 ... 0,5 l / m2 and an exposure of 1 and 3 hours. acid-resistant saprophyte Mycobacterium strain B5 and spores of B. cereus strain 96 in experiments with artificially contaminated wooden and concrete test objects, 3,0 ... 9,0% Oekoron 5 AHC solutions were tested on the preparation with one and two-fold application from the calculation 0,5 l / m2 and exposures of 3 and 24 hours. It was found that in relation to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, the disinfection of smooth surfaces was achieved with a 0,5% solution at an exposure of 3 hours and a 2% solution at an exposure of 1 hour and consumption rate of 0,25 ... 0,3 l / m2, and rough (wood, concrete) with a 2,5% solution at an exposure of 3 hours and a 4% solution at an exposure of 1 hour, at the rate of 0,5 l / m2. It was also established that the disinfection of surfaces contaminated with culture of Mycobacterium strain B5 is achieved with a single irrigation with a 3% solution of the agent and exposure for 3 hours, and contaminated with spores of B. cereus strain 96 with a double irrigation with an 8% solution of the agent and exposure 24 hours , as well as with a single irrigation with a 9% solution and exposure for 24 hours
