Abstract

It has been established that the drug «Vadesept» has a high disinfecting activity. Thus, with wet disinfection of test objects with protein protection contaminated with E. coli, pcs. XNUMX, complete inactivation of bacteria is achieved with XNUMX% solution of the drug at a consumption of XNUMX l/mXNUMX and exposure of XNUMX hours. Disinfection of test objects contaminated with S. aureus, pcs. XNUMX-P, is achieved with XNUMX% solution of the drug in XNUMX hours. Complete inactivation of Mycobacterium, pcs. B-XNUMX, and B. cereus spores, pcs. XNUMX, is provided by XNUMX% solution of the drug «Vadesept» for XNUMX. As a result of the conducted experiments, effective modes of wet disinfection of test objects made of wood, concrete and iron with protein protection, contaminated with microorganisms of the XNUMXst...XNUMXth groups of resistance to chemical disinfectants were determined.
