Abstract
The article presents data of studies conducted from 2019 to 2021
on physicochemical and organoleptic indicators, the determination of pesticides,
antibiotics and other drugs. The main methods for determining the safety of beekeeping
products and regulatory documents regulating the quality of manufactured
products are also considered.
According to the results of the study, 98% of bee honey in the territory of the Russian
Federation met the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union
TR CU 021/2011 «On food safety», which indicates the high quality of the products.
