Abstract

The article is devoted to methods for determining the residual amounts of antibiotics in mariculture products, namely in shrimp. The use of antibiotics by shrimp producers to reduce microbiological indicators and increase the shelf life of shrimp makes it relevant to determine the maximum permissible level of residual amounts of antibiotics during monitoring and certification tests of these products. A promising method is the immunomicrochip technology, with the help of which it is possible to conduct simultaneous qualitative and quantitative analysis of several analytes in one sample. This method makes it possible to simultaneously detect residual amounts of several (up to 25) antibiotics in one sample, with a detection limit for pinicillin of 0,4 μg/L, tetracyclines – 1,0 μg/L, levomycetin (chloramphenicol) – 0,5 μg/L, streptomycin – 2,0 μg/L.
