Abstract

The presence of antibiotics in food, including seafood – is a real threat to human health. The article presents the results of monitoring 18 samples of raw and boiled shrimp for the presence of residual amounts of antibiotics from the tetracycline group in them. No residual amounts of antibiotics of the declared group were found. The specificity of the Anti Microbial Array II test kit to XNUMX groups of defined antibiotics is also shown: tetracyclines, quinolones, ceftiofur, thiamphenicol, streptomycin, tylosin.
