Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the efficacy of a radioprotector based on substances of microbial origin (RZK) and veterinary and sanitary examination of slaughter products in radiation lesions of animals against the background of the use RZK. The effect of the radioprotective drug RZK on the sanitary and hygienic indicators and usefulness of meat, which was obtained from treated RZK, unirradiated and irradiated at a dose of 6,0 Gy after 15 days after the treatment of animals, was studied. At the same time, veterinary and sanitary 30 carcasses of control, irradiated and treated sheep were subjected to examination.
