Abstract
Conduct comparative analysis of the methods used in the territory of the Russian Federation for the determination of chloramphenicol by enzyme immunoassay was carried out. The results of the experiments on testing the InCAP test system for the determination of chloramphenicol in poultry meat by enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) are also presented. The results obtained were comparable with the method of high-performance liquid chromatography with a mass spectrometric detector (HPLC MS/MS).
