Abstract

The article presents experimental data on expanding the spectrum of detectable groups of antibiotics according to GOST R 55481-2013. The sensitivity for the fluoroquinolone group was 100 μg/kg. For the cephalosporin group, sensitivity ranged from 50 to 100 μg/kg, and for the aminoglycoside group, from 50 to 500 μg/kg. The sensitivity of lincosamides, nitrofurans and macrolides is 100 μg /kg. The method is insensitive to the amphenicol group (5000 μg/kg). The advantages of this method are that it is quite inexpensive, accessible and the duration of the analysis is only 6...7 hours.
