Abstract

The model is given and the document audit procedure is described in the enterprise quality management system. The tools used are simple and easy to use, clear presentation of information. A summary map of audit results provides decision makers with the opportunity to make rational (effective) managerial decisions in planning corrective and preventive actions to improve performance. Recommendations on the construction of models are given, several options for organizing the audit procedure are proposed.
