Abstract

The problem of creating and using onboard intelligent systems (IS) of new generations, the development of which is carried out on the basis of a virtual training ground, is considered. The features of the functioning of the IS to ensure the safety of navigation and landing of ship-based aircraft in the framework of conceptual solutions to the modern theory of disasters are discussed. Much attention is paid to the implementation of the principle of competition and the concept of soft computing. The functioning of the IP software complex that implements the self-organization procedure is carried out under the control of a fuzzy formal system under uncertainty in the analysis and forecasting of extreme situations in an unsteady dynamic environment. The interpretation of the procedures for self-organization of the dynamics of interaction is based on the consideration of the spaces of behavior and control within the framework of an active dynamic system. The practical application of the developed models and conceptual solutions is discussed in relation to the problems of interpreting the dynamics of interaction when the system moves to the target attractor and when stability is lost.
