Abstract

The article substantiates the possibility and proves the effectiveness of presenting requirements for the initial parameters of biochemical technological processes (quality of the feedstock) under conditions of uncertainty based on the analysis of simulation results. A possible modeling toolbox “Programs for calculating the optimal end time of the technological process ...”, developed on the basis of an optimization model with the ability to “configure” its structure for various, previously unknown, laws of changes in input data and restrictions on their dynamics, is proposed. On the example of the technological process of the main fermentation of beer, the option of selecting the initial data, analyzing the results of modeling and formulating conclusions and proposals is shown.
