Abstract

Space debris (CM) poses a real threat to the functioning of spacecraft (SC) in orbit, accounting for which is a safety requirement for spacecraft. Means of passive protection, representing the “reservation” of the instrument container and elements, provide protection against CMs up to 1 cm in size, real CMs can exceed tens of meters. Therefore, during the design and development of the spacecraft, many measures are envisaged that differ in the volume and results of protection while ensuring the safety of the spacecraft. Under the conditions of the orbital functioning of the spacecraft, the task arises of selecting and activating the most adequate way to ensure the safety (protection) of the spacecraft from the possible impact of the CM. The article proposes a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the method, taking into account the importance of the parameters characterizing the effectiveness of the method. The solution of this problem is carried out using the fuzzy method of hierarchy analysis (ranking) (NMAI) and fuzzy inference (CLL).
