Abstract

The ongoing and continuous development of the technical and information technology bases of various measuring systems has significantly expanded the scope of their application. The use of these tools has made it possible to successfully solve the problems of evaluating and controlling the properties of complex objects, and effectively managing them. In such systems, information systems are implemented based on a measuring approach. This approach implies the observance of the principle of uniformity of measurements at each stage of measurements. The application of the measuring approach covers a wide range of tasks on its use for parametric and structural identification, for classification and image processing, for evaluating the management of production systems, evaluating product quality, and monitoring ecosystems.
