Abstract

The work includes a project to open a themed cafe in London, called "Empire", as well as calculating its profitability in the future. The goal of the project is not only to feed the guests, but also to introduce them to Russian culture during the reign of the Romanovs. The relevance of the idea is that there are no such proposals in London.
